Fine words, but in practice I find myself blocked from your service this weekend as a non-resident of the UK. This, after spending hundreds of pounds on your site these past couple of years. If you were offering an alternative (I live in the Netherlands) I’d be the first to use it, but instead you’re simply blocking paying customers.
Given the hoops one has to jump through still, in 2008, to pay for music, explain to me why I shouldn’t just fire up BitTorrent and download everything for free?

We are very sorry that you are no longer able to purchase from us. If I was in your case, I wouldn’t be happy about it either.
However, we are obligated to adhere to regional licensing restrictions and we have had to limit access to 7digital.com to UK residents because we are not permitted to distribute the content from that site to any other country.
